A37 Intro to Writing: Vignettes of Delight
Level A – All levels welcome.
Join us to delve into a practice of rigorously witnessing our world and mindfully acknowledging those things that most bring us delight through writing short-form personal narrative essays (essayettes). Through prompts, readings, exercises, and an introduction to the essayette form, you will generate your own vignettes of delight a la the author Ross Gay. The course will culminate in a final workshop where you will have an opportunity (if you choose) to share your delights.
