A79 Simply Riveting Stone Pendants

Level A – All levels welcome.

Learn basic riveting techniques and work with a jeweler’s saw and flex shaft to craft and rivet a bale onto a drilled stone, creating simple yet unique brass, copper, and stone pendants. Material kits and stones will be available at the workshop, but feel free to bring your own (knowing that this technique is not conducive to materials with hardness levels above 7 on the Mohs scale or materials that are fragile/prone to fractures). There will be a break for lunch at noon. There is a material fee of $30 due to the instructor on the first day of class.
