BCP Bemis Community Printshop Open Sessions
In collaboration with the Colorado College Art Department, the Bemis School of Art is thrilled to launch the Bemis Community Printshop — a new space for creative exploration in Colorado Springs! Our goal is to foster a welcoming community where artists of all levels can access professional printmaking facilities and feel inspired to experiment and create.
Unlock your creativity during our Printmaking Open Studios. Held in the Bemis School of Art printmaking studio, these sessions are non-instructional, self-directed studio time exclusively for individuals with prior printmaking experience at Bemis. Whether you’re working on an ongoing project, wanting to experiment with an idea, or starting something new, you’ll have drop-in access to our printmaking facilities in a supportive and creative environment.
Colorado College student proctors will be on-site to oversee the studio and ensure safe use of equipment, but no instruction will be provided. Participants must be familiar with studio practices and safety protocols.
Prerequisite: Previous Bemis Community Printmaking (BCP) class experience at the Bemis School of Art is required.
Note: This is not a class or workshop.
Please note: By registering for this class you are agreeing to adhere to the Fine Art Center Bemis School of Art’s publicity waiver, medical waiver, and other general policies.
