A63 Wellness: An Introduction to Found Poetry through Piecing Things Together

Level A – All levels welcome.

Sometimes things fall apart, but found poetry provides a process with which to piece together that which has been disassembled into something new, and entirely your own. We will embrace fragmentation and work through various prompts and exercises to explore the form of found poetry, gathering and experimenting with the composition language. You will compile existing words into new and compelling poems of your own, which you will have an opportunity to share and workshop, if you choose.
