A82 Painterly Printed Papers: Collage

Level A – All levels welcome.

Explore how collage composition can take on a new layer-on-layer process. Create your own papers by gelli printing on a huge variety of rice, mulberry, tissue, and imported papers, designing with techniques such as mark making, stamping, layered stencils, and more, using paints, inks, pastels, and glazes. Then, compose your fabulous collages on two different surfaces. There is a material fee of $20 due to the instructor on the first day of class.
