Y9 Draw and Explore
Young artists, come stretch your imaginations and sharpen your drawing skills in this playful, curiosity-driven class! We’ll explore a new theme—animals, nature, outer space, or faraway places—and use it as inspiration for fun drawing projects. Learn basic drawing techniques such as using shapes to build forms, adding details, and experimenting with line, pattern, and color. Through observation, storytelling, and creative thinking, you will build confidence while developing your own artistic style. Whether drawing from real life or pure imagination, express yourself, ask questions, and enjoy the creative process in this supportive, fun environment. Supplies will be provided.
Please note: By signing up for this class, you are agreeing to the Fine Art Center Bemis School of Art’s General Policies and Minor Participant Assumption of Risk and Release, including assumption of risk, release of liability, medical authorization, rules and supervision, and photo and media consent.
