Parking for students taking classes at Bemis School of Art is available in the main Fine Arts Center parking lot located at 30 West Dale Street.
As of Jan. 6, 2025, the main Fine Arts Center parking lot will be metered, at the price of $1 per hour (unless you have a permit specific to lot W-7 or W-8). Each spot will be clearly marked and have instructions on how to pay for parking via the ParkMobile app or over the phone. We appreciate your understanding of these changes.
To access the studio classrooms, enter the FAC through the main doors and follow the signs for Bemis School of Art.
If there is no parking available in the lot, there is street parking available at the base of the hill and around Monument Valley Park and Mesa Road. Please be aware that parking along Cache La Poudre Street requires a city permit Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., but is available to visitors on weekdays after 5 p.m. and on weekends. Metered parking is available along East Dale Street.
Please note that Lot W7 (north side of the Bemis building) is now paid permit parking only on weekdays from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Vehicles without appropriate permits during these hours are subject to being ticketed.
