YA146 Piñatas
Coined by Bemis instructor Barbara Dimond, Partners in Art courses are designed for family members to enjoy the process of artmaking together. Courses are priced per pair, but additional youth students can be added upon request.
Come learn about the fun traditional Mexican folk art of piñata making and create your very own! We will be using paper mache, cardboard, and tissue paper to create beautiful and colorful works of art that can be used at your next celebration! This hands on process will be a fun way for kids to learn about another culture while expressing their creativity. Supplies will be provided.
Thanks to the generous sponsorship by Hulbert Center for Southwest Studies, this class is offered at a reduced price.
Please note: By registering for this class you are agreeing to adhere to the Fine Art Center Bemis School of Art’s publicity waiver, medical waiver, and other general policies.
