Y29 Intaglio Printmaking of Your Favorite Shoe
You will explore the exciting medium of intaglio printmaking by producing a detailed line-oriented image of your favorite shoe. The process starts with an observational pencil drawing from your shoe of choice. This is followed by transferring this image onto a plate of Plexiglas with an etching tool. The final stage will be creating the prints using the intaglio processes. Supplies will be provided.
