Food + Function: Farm to Fork

Delight in a four-course meal prepared by the chefs of Bon Appétit, featuring ingredients from local partners like Ranch Foods Direct, Emerge Aquaponics, Josh & John’s, Provision Bread, and more. Each course celebrates the best of our local food community, bringing fresh, sustainable ingredients straight from these beloved businesses to your table. The evening also includes presentations from several vendors, who will share insights about their businesses and their sustainability initiatives. Dinner will be served with wine.
The meal will be served on handmade pottery, beautifully crafted by the artists at the Bemis School of Art. Best of all, you’ll take home your own custom entree and dessert plates as a keepsake of this experience. Whether you’re a food enthusiast, an art lover, or simply seeking an extraordinary night out, this event is sure to leave a lasting impression.
