A97 Black and White Darkroom
Level I – This class is for those with some familiarity with the medium. This could include informal use of the medium outside of the classroom.
Join us in the darkroom to explore silver-process black and white film photography. You will learn how to develop film and create handcrafted gelatin-silver prints from your negatives. You will explore the many creative options, from camerawork to finished print, while developing an enhanced understanding of exposure, depth of field, lighting, and composition.
