A73 Enameling: Gathering Place

Level II – This class is for those who have taken at least one class in the medium. Students should be comfortable with the basics of how to use and manipulate the medium.

Explore the Fine Arts Center’s exhibition, Gathering Place, as a point of departure for your enameling. We’ll find ideas, themes, subject matter, or other inspiration from a wide variety of works from the permanent collection. Back in the studio, you’ll develop your ideas into your own creations in glass on metal. There is a material fee of $30 due to the instructor on the first day of class.
