A46 Upside Down Boxes

Level I – This class is for those with some familiarity with the medium. This could include informal use of the medium outside of the classroom.

If you can throw a simple thick cylinder, then you are ready! Throw the box upside down, spring-cut the thick bottom and then flip it on a slab, carve, stamp, or attach textures and then cut the lid off. Glazing for textured surfaces will be taught.
