A48 High Contrast Portrait Drawing

Level A – All levels welcome.

This drawing class will lead you through a well-planned process that will guide you to a successful lifelike self-portrait drawing. Your image will be captured in class with a dynamic light source to reference for an enlarged drawing and an example to be followed to create maximum contrast in your drawing. The accuracy of a contour line created from the grid along with the extensive study of gradation in shading will create a successful self-portrait drawing. There is a material fee of $5 due to the instructor on the first day of class.
