A54 Enameling: Expression and Interpretation
Level II – This class is for those who have taken at least one class in the medium. Students should be comfortable with the basics of how to use and manipulate the medium.
Let’s apply our skills with the materials and techniques of enameling toward conveying emotion or interpreting an idea! We will develop ways to communicate our visions via the qualities of glass on metal—transparent, opaque, bright, or subtle colors; texture; reflectance; and others. You may complete the course with a single finished piece or various explorations—wherever the Muse takes you. There is a material fee of $40 due to the instructor on the first day of class.
