A61 Beading Around the World

Level A – All levels welcome.
Join us awhile we explore a few of the many off-loom bead weaving techniques from around the world. You will be provided with the skills to learn how to use an assortment of seed beads, thread, and a needle, and apply contemporary ideas and materials with traditional methods to construct a simple Peyote bracelet, an Ecuadorian-style netted necklace, and a Zulu-inspired love letter pen. Together we will explore creative ideas to inspire you and give you the freedom to create your own beaded art that will last a lifetime. There is a material of $35 due to the instructor on the first day of class.
