Y6 Fundamentals of Painting

This course is designed to build confidence in colorful self-expression through exploration, and the study and application of painting fundamentals. We’ll explore composition, value, drawing, tone, brush handling, and a variety mediums and techniques. Plenty of pictures and demonstrations. Supplies will be provided.

Enameled Copper Pins & Pendants

Fuse brightly colored glass with metal to make enameled copper pendants or pins. You will learn to clean the copper, sift powdered glass onto it, fire it, and continue enameling and firing using several techniques such as wet inlay, enamel threads, and others. Choose from several pre-cut copper shapes. Participants should bring their own lunch, as we will take a half-hour break to eat. 16-Adult
