VY5 Virtual: Artivism

Artivism is a virtual course that enables and encourages young people to explore art ideas that evoke emotions while discovering the legalities and inconsistencies we have in human, civil, animal, and environmental rights. We strive to empower our students to discover their passions and find their voice in society. We will produce art for social change and learn what Artivism can do to change hearts and minds. This virtual course is offered in partnership with ArtivismCO. This course includes live Zoom sessions and live Zoom studio hours. Please see the supply kit pickup information below.

Connect with ArtivismCO on Facebook, Instagram, and via email.

*Virtual Course Policy: Students registered for virtual courses are expected to conduct themselves as if participating in an on-site Bemis course. As a virtual course registrant, Bemis asks that you please be aware of your surroundings during virtual class sessions. Ensure your Zoom camera background is simple and clear of any foot traffic, including family members moving in and out of view, bright backlighting, or anything else that would be distracting to fellow students and the instructor. If need be, you can choose to turn off your camera in Zoom and turn it back on when you’re ready.
