A56 Make Your Own Zine

Level A – All levels welcome.

Zine-making came about in the 1930’s but quickly became its own subculture of artists wanting to share their ideas in cool, easy ways! In this two-day workshop, you’ll learn about the history of zine making, see examples from Skateboard Zines of the 80’s to today’s contemporary political Zines PLUS you’ll make three different styles of Zines to tell your very own stories. Create your very own booklets and learn about a culture of collaboration!
