A54 Introduction to Mixed Media

Level I – This class is for those with some familiarity with the medium. This could include informal use of the medium outside of the classroom.

This course merges acrylic painting and mixed media together to create various levels of art. We will use found objects, paper, and various other objects to expand the art in view. For example, this may include tearing paper and applying it to the painting to add abstract designs to the subject or composition. Join us to learn how to create more dimensions in your paintings.
