A37 Black and White Darkroom

Level I – This class is for those with some familiarity with the medium. This could include informal use of the medium outside of the classroom.
Join us in the darkroom to explore silver-process black and white film photography. You will learn how to develop film and then create unique, handcrafted gelatin-silver prints from your negatives. In this class we will explore our many creative options, from camera work to finished print, while developing an enhanced understanding of exposure, depth of field, lighting, and composition.
