Bemis School of Art

Don’t be bored with round, get out of round! Alter, cut, carve, and stamp your bowls. Learn to throw basic bowl forms in preparation for each type of the alteration processes. Discover the aesthetics and functionality for altered forms. Staining and glazing will be taught to suit this project. Be the envy of the party with your own unique functional clay art serving pieces!

Level II – This class is for those who have taken at least one class in the medium. Student should be comfortable with the basics of how to use and manipulate the medium.

In-person – limit 6 students
