A81 Sense of Place: Watercolor

Level II – This class is for those who have taken at least one class in the medium. Students should be comfortable with the basics of how to use and manipulate the medium.

Let us create a painting that tugs at the soul. Learn to turn that “sense of place” into a forever memory. Is it Grandma’s kitchen, that childhood toy or tire swing, a worn chair that brings comfort? We will explore the intrinsic nature of “place” using the brilliance of watercolor to capture the magic. There will be a 30-minute lunch break, so please bring food and drink.
