Learn the Renaissance Italic writing style to use for ordinary cursive handwriting. The informal style based on Italic is easy to write and read, and beautiful even when written at speed in ordinary pen or pencil. In this class, you’ll learn the basic forms of the letters, how to join them for speed with legibility, and writing with rhythm. You’ll also get a taste of formal calligraphy with the edged pen and play with lettering in designs.
