A91 Black and White Darkroom

Level I – This class is for those with some familiarity with the medium. This could include informal use of medium outside of the classroom.

Join us in the darkroom to explore silver-process black and white film photography. You will learn how to develop film and create handcrafted gelatin-silver prints from your negatives. We will explore our many creative options, from camerawork to finished print, while developing an enhanced understanding of exposure, depth of field, lighting, and composition.
